Our chef's are well renowned in the industry for their innovative food dishes. They will be using a fusion of spices to bring you the very best of Indian & Continental dishes. We will only be using poultry & meat from the finest butchers. The finest fish from Europe and India (The Bay of Bengal). These will be complimented with freshest local produce & exotic fruits & vegetables from the Indian Sub-Continent. Spices will be specially imported from India for an authentic Indian flavour (non-substitutes). These meals will be delicately cooked with herbs form around the world.

Our food menu is complimented by our wine menu which boasts the finest wines from around the world such as Europe, Asia, America & Australia.

The staff at the Spice of India are all getting on-going training to keep them ahead of others. The on-going training consists of the best hygiene & safety guidelines (NVQ's Levels 3 & 4 in front of house service & professional cookery) the on-going training is quality assured by the manager who is a NVQ assessor for a national company providing training to people in the North West to City & Guilds Standards.
